2022 Tax Records 2022年度税务信息
For 2022 tax purpose, we need your attention for tax record if your past year donation above 300$ to
DCFC.
1. If you registered with DCFC Planning Center, you would receive an email notification for tax
record available from DCFC.
2. If you not receive a DCFC reminder email for tax record available, please reach out to our DCFC
finance team treasury.deacon@dcfc.org to provide email address for register with us so to
provide digital copy of your tax record.
3. DCFC Finance would print out the record without email address to distribute in lobby after
worship on Jan 29 th .
4. If in past year 2022, your email address, mailing address or phone number has changed, please
reach out to our DCFC membership Tao Yang at 214-907-9806, tyang0661@yahoo.com to help
consolidate and update your profile with DCFC.

事项
1 如果你在DCFC网上奉献平台有注册账号，你会收到一封来自DCFC的邮件提醒参考你的
奉献记录。
2 如果你没有收到DCFC的奉献记录邮件提醒，如果你希望拿到奉献记录的电子版，请邮
件DCFC财务部treasury.deacon@dcfc.org我们会把你的电子邮件连到之前的奉献记录，
从而你可以用这个电子邮件账号登陆Planning Center以获得电子版奉献记录。
3 DCFC财务部会把所有没有email 和mailing address的奉献记录打印出，在一月29号大堂
分发。
4 在2022年如果你的电子邮箱，家庭住址或者电话号码有所改变，请及时通知DCFC会员
